I clearly understand that a Wifi connection in a metal enclosure, close to an LTE modem is not great and that it could affect performances. Even if here, I am not using LTE and I disabled the module to be sure about that. The problem is clearly not a performance issue. Even if the connection was unstable or lost, the on board Wifi adapter is not supposed to fail like that. This is clearly an hardware bug/fault, independent of Wifi performance. The message log "brcmf_sdio_firmware_callback: dongle is not responding" is quite clear about that.
Also, where do you explain in your catalog that this Wifi adapter is designed for occasional service or initial setup ? We were clearly not aware of that before buying them.
Regarding the quantity of Neurons/Axons we are using, I was excepting a better support than your answer. Sorry, I had to say it.
FYI, it looks like OS 2.2 just doesn't have mDNS/avahi enabled. I've tried it on the M525 and an M505. I was on a different network so I was trying to find the IP address with avahi, and then resorted straight to flashing it when I couldn't find it.
It looks like IDE 2.1.3 doesn't support the M525. I've got a solution with two existing M505s I wanted to add it to but it doesn't even show up as an option in the manual device list. Do I have to upgrade my solution to IDE 2.2.0 to add the M525? It looks like this will require me to upgrade the OS on the M505s (from 1.9), correct?
what OS image are you using? Have you done any changes in network configuration (e.g. /etc/network/interfaces files)?
On the following lines, the connection is successfully initialized (probably with very poor signal quality) but immediately, the LTE service is restarted.

Are you able to provide remote access to the unit?
In the meantime, you can try to install the new beta version:
Thanks it would be very nice
I hope the virus disappears quickly, and that you are not affected.
Here in Sweden it has only just begun in my neighborhoods. Stockholm is very affected but we live far north.
I order an extra unit through your shop because of the good service.
@tomas_hora it's not a security issue but as I'm using another plc runtime with a local modbus tcp master running on port 502 unipitcp service was blocking it. I have disabled it and modbus has started working correctly
there is no card inside of the PLC. It looks like the M205 isn't properly flashed or there is some HW error. Please, let's continue about the detail over email email@example.com. Send us an email with this information:
serial number of the PLC first
photo or better yet a video of the top cover of the PLC with clear indication of the LED
