@zdenek_rusek I guess the proper question would be whether there is support for wireless M-Bus in Mervis when we have a wM-bus radio USB stick which can already communicate through a USB serial interface on the host OS.

RE: Install softare on Axon M205 to factory default
@Martin-Kudláček Do you have any images for Axon S105 which can be loaded from an SD-card on the nanoPi which includes Mervis?
The unit is already out of warranty, but I was hoping we could get it quickly up and running again temporarily (as an emergency solution) until we find and order a new unit. 🙏
I suspect that the eMMC has become corrupt. We lost connection during a routine update from the Mervis IDE. When trying to flash with USB stick it looks promising at first (scrolling LEDs), but after few seconds it flashes alternating between all upper and lower LEDs. And it never reboots automatically.
Thanks,

RE: WM-Bus USB radio stick
@zdenek_rusek The adapter uses a common FTDI chipset which is already supported by the Mervis OS image built for Axon:
[ 4.841234] usbcore: registered new interface driver ftdi_sio
[ 4.841277] usbserial: USB Serial support registered for FTDI USB Serial Device
[ 4.841560] ftdi_sio 2-1:1.0: FTDI USB Serial Device converter detected
[ 4.841663] usb 2-1: Detected FT232RL
[ 4.846986] usb 2-1: FTDI USB Serial Device converter now attached to ttyUSB0 -
WM-Bus USB radio stick
Hi,
Is there a way to use e.g. the Metis USB sticks from Würth Elektronik to process OMS/WM-Bus data in Mervis? https://www.we-online.com/en/components/products/USB_RADIO_STICK_METERING
Thanks,

BACnet "Commandable with priority array"
Hi,
Our Belimo Energy Valve requires a special mode for updating the setpoint. Regular writes fail. I tried selecting a Priority (instead of "Not Specified"), but that was not sufficient.
Belimo BACnet interface description
Belimo EDE fileAny tips for how to configure AO[1] correctly in Mervis?
(Updating setpoint with the valve in Modbus mode works as expected, but they have not exposed some readonly-values that we need through Modbus.)
Thanks,

RE: Resistance to temperature conversion resolution
@Martin-Kudláček Does that mean that you recommend using the raw resistance value instead of the converted temperature value and adapt the PI(D) setpoint range accordingly?

Resistance to temperature conversion resolution
I tried replacing the Unipi 1-wire surface temperature sensor with the PT1000 resistance variant, hoping to increase the resolution. Unfortunately, the resolution seems to be even lower, even though the raw resistance values seem to change frequently with higher resolution. Is the built-in conversion in Mervis always rounding the raw resistance value and/or using a lookup table with no interpolation between the neighbouring values, or is there a way to improve the resolution? I am using an Axon S505 with the latest Mervis runtime.

RE: Weird PID Behavior
@Matt Did you manage to write a better PID implementation in Mervis that you could share? When using the built-in PID logic for controlling hydronic underfloor heating valves (huge time delay), it only acts as a pure PI controller.
