    • BACnet "Commandable with priority array"

      Hi,

Our Belimo Energy Valve requires a special mode for updating the setpoint. Regular writes fail. I tried selecting a Priority (instead of "Not Specified"), but that was not sufficient.

      Belimo EDE file

Any tips for how to configure AO[1] correctly in Mervis?

(Updating setpoint with the valve in Modbus mode works as expected, but they have not exposed some readonly-values that we need through Modbus.)

      Thanks,
      Ståle

    • RE: Resistance to temperature conversion resolution

@Martin-Kudláček Does that mean that you recommend using the raw resistance value instead of the converted temperature value and adapt the PI(D) setpoint range accordingly?

    • Resistance to temperature conversion resolution

I tried replacing the Unipi 1-wire surface temperature sensor with the PT1000 resistance variant, hoping to increase the resolution. Unfortunately, the resolution seems to be even lower, even though the raw resistance values seem to change frequently with higher resolution. Is the built-in conversion in Mervis always rounding the raw resistance value and/or using a lookup table with no interpolation between the neighbouring values, or is there a way to improve the resolution? I am using an Axon S505 with the latest Mervis runtime.

    • RE: Weird PID Behavior

@Matt Did you manage to write a better PID implementation in Mervis that you could share? When using the built-in PID logic for controlling hydronic underfloor heating valves (huge time delay), it only acts as a pure PI controller.
