I can not recognize a 1W-Wire temperature sensor.
I connect it directly to the Wire input on the d1 Pi1 board. I step by step through the mervis the procedure ..
      I insert a new channel,
I tell him the channel is 1W-Wire.
And then I do the scan to find the sensor.
But when I try to see the word "select channel does not exist in PLC"
What does it mean? What is missing that I should do?

@TriathletC That means that you have to deploy the project where the 1Wire channel is created to the UniPi before you can work with it. By default the UniPi has no idea about the protocols that you might want to use, so you have to tell it first by creating the channel and deploying it to it. Better described in the step by step at chapter 2.10.

@TriathletC There are multiple documentations, you should look for the step by step manual for Mervis - https://files.unipi.technology/s/public?path=%2FSoftware%2FMervis%2FDocumentation#pdfviewer

Also check the tutorials available on youtube: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5MC9muFzmGS27IIdGRetn-ugVSn2K1RL

Thank you Thomas, you are always very kind.
I will control everything from scratch.
Listen to the battery to be inserted for RTC Module which model is going to be put on?
I forgot I had a very strange oddness .. I had to reformat the micro SD taken by you and reinstall the Mervis to do a new procedure..there I found various bills..Micro SD does not format and shows 3 different partitions..a Of 60mb that says to be active and not formatted even through windows management .. other two 1gb partitions the one and the remaining memory in an unpartitioned partition..I have ever experienced an anomaly of the kind I have to do ?
How do I reformat the SD card according to you is corrupt and thrown?

The battery used in UniPi 1 is CR2032 almost the most common type so you should have no trouble buying that.

You do not need to worry about it and just use the first partition. The are three partitions and you can see the only one which contains the basic boot info and then there are two Linux partitions which cannot be read in Windows.

                    Page 26 of the manual

Set the PLC to Commissioning mode –Right click on the PLC icon in Solution Explorer and choose PLC Operation→ Commissioning mode

Goodbye to everyone .. I finally finally managed to recognize the 1-Wire basic temperature sensor of the PLC .. it works properly ..
                        But now I need a help ..
I also bought two sensors of the UNICA Wire Sensor (temperature-humidity and light sensor) all in one.
The problem is how to connect it .. I have two photos to let you know better.
                        Virtually I connected to terminal 5 i + 5V, to 6 the DATA, 7 empty, 8 GND.
I connected it to the Wire port I tried to make the recognition but with a negative result .. I also attach the screen of how I inserted the device in the Mervis..HO performed the same procedure for the 1-Wire sensor ..2_1504170021892_3.JPG 1_1504170021892_2.JPG 0_1504170021891_1.JPG

@TriathletC Please check the pin map of the RJ45: https://www.unipi.technology/hardware_documentation/1-wire-network-46

The wiring seems OK, but you have to wire at also both data lines to the sensor, or you break the topology.

Also, do not strip the end of cables when you make the RJ45 connector. The connector cuts the plastic foil of the cable when you press it with the crimping tool. If you strip the cables before, the cables can touch each other which could cause shortcut....
