Mervis includes a web server, which you can connect to via an http-enabled display. We cannot offer any support for installing a webbrowser on the Mervis PLC platform, and in fact would strongly recommend not doing so.
You may wish to look into creating a simple web client device, this could easily be done even with a spare RPi and a touchscreen, if you were so inclined. Another option would be using one of numerous Modbus-based HMI displays.
