Type cast from real to time

I am using Mervis and:
I want to type cast from a real to time (seconds).

Tried to_time, and gor the following message:
Error L513 Ph_Dosering L513//L513//Ph_Dosering 21 2 expression with type 'real' doesn't fit the generic constraint 'ANY_DURATION' for the input parameter 'in1' in a call to the 'to_time'

Any advise?
