RasPi3 GPIO 20/21 to P5 header. Which pin is one and is any other wire needed? power/gnd?

Hi,
I have followed the instructions. (made cabling and adjusted the evok configuration so that inputs 13 and 14 become available on the web interface). When input 13 of 14 is operated, nothing at all happens. Do I have to do anything else outside of the cabling and adjust evok config?

@Poelie Check configuration of JP2-JP5 since this should be all except the motioned wiring and configuration.

I made the connection according to the instructions https://kb.unipi.technology/en:hw:03-unipi11:description-of-io:01-description-of-di#di13-14 and changed the EVOK config(uncomment 13/14 and substitute correct pin number). file, but inputs 13/14 still do not appear in the web interface (RPI restarted, browser cache cleared).
