since image version 1.7 the SSH is disabled by default as a security measure. You can enable it by creating a file named "ssh" in the "boot" partition of the SD card. This process is identical to the Raspbian's: https://hackernoon.com/raspberry-pi-headless-install-462ccabd75d0
