Problems with Terminal - Controller as External Webserver ver 2.0.
-
Hi,
I have the following 3 PLCs (with their names) in my Project:
PLC_garaza , Patron S207
PLC_soba, Neuron S103
PLC_stopnisce, Neuron S103
Every of those controllers has a minimum one 1-Wire Thermometer attached to it.My Idea is, to display all room temperature on one single HMI page.
PLC_garaza (Patron S207) has a Terminal (Controller as External Webserver ver 2.0.) attacged to it.
I have the following problem:
Every time, i change the FBD program or HMI interface and upload it, it might happen, that the Terminal wont connect itselft to one or two controllers.
I have to make multiple uploads of Terminal and restarts of controllers, and then randomly starts to work.
HMI just display red dot next to the value, and the Value is 0.00°C.Does anyone have the same issues?
Does anyone have any suggestions, what did I done wrong?
I already tried to use "Download System Log" function, but it does not show any problems at all...I would appreciate your help.

Hi @johni2212,
Despite all the advantages, this variant has one disadvantage, which is that you have to upload the terminal and all programs to all controllers at the same time.
In general, the web interface (either local or external version) should be uploaded last.If this is a problem and you do not have a lot of shared data, I recommend choosing Modbus TCP or SSCP communication between the controllers and then using a local web server.
Best regards,
Antonin
