Node-RED on UniPi Neuron PDF guide download not available

I plan to buy a UniPi Neuron M503 and use it with Node-RED. But before I buy it I want to be sure that this combination works. Therefore I wanted to download the "Node-RED on UniPi Neuron PDF guide (EN)". Unfortunately I get the following error message every time I access "Support - Downloads" on the website unipi.technology (no matter which browser I use):

The mediadir ('media') at ./data/media is not found, isn't accessible or writable. You should check your config and permission settings. Or maybe you want to run the installer?
What can I do to get this document?
