      Good morning,
      I’m encountering a problem with an Axon M205.
      It does not start. When I power it up, I have no IP access and it is not detected by MERVIS IDE.
      I tried to do a restoration with another M205 in my possession but I could not put the automaton in recovery mode.
      What am I supposed to do?

        I tried to reflash the installation but nothing happens. The LED of the nanopi remains fixed red.
        Nothing is booting.
        Is the card out?

          Hello @mmcreativ,
          there is no card inside of the PLC. It looks like the M205 isn't properly flashed or there is some HW error. Please, let's continue about the detail over email support@unipi.technology. Send us an email with this information:

          • serial number of the PLC first
          • photo or better yet a video of the top cover of the PLC with clear indication of the LED
