L203+xS50+xS40+xS40 with EVOK, cannot connect

Hello,
I tried to set up a system with a L203, xS50, xS40, xS40.
I have a freshly flashed SD card with the latest version of the unipi system.
I set the DIP switches on the extensions to addresses 2, 3 and 4 respectively, 19200 no parity.
I connected all the RS485 together.
I modified evok.conf to add the 3 extensions with their respective addresses.
I rebooted the system.Still, when I open the evok webpage in the browser, I don't see the extensions.
The LEDs for TX/RX on the extensions don't turn on at all.
The file /var/log/evok.log is empty.What can I do to check what is wrong?

@stephane-clavel Could you paste your evok confiruration and the picture of at least on of the xS? Is the cable done right (A -- A; B -- B)?
