M503 AO Problem

After using AO for some while, the output voltage becomes max 1 volts instead of 10, is this hardware or software malfunction ?

the integer value that being written to the AO, is 4200 , but still it gives only 1 volt.

any solution for this, so far I changed to another AO channels, I will end up all of the AO channels not working.

Hello @raedhammad,
this looks like a HW issue. Are you sure you didn't draw more than 20mA from the analog output? That would certainly destroy it.
