Hour counter?

Is there a ready function block for counting time, in hours, minutes or seconds? Found time conversion blocks and B99 functionblock, but that does not quite suite the need.

For example, counts hours/minutes based on boolean input, and counter reset proof..is there a such a thing :) ?
