High is there a way to connect a air pressure sensors to the UniPi?

I wane use Domoticz to also control 2 fans, to have a slight over pressure in my house, as one of my kids has real problems with hay fever, i am planning on installing a pollen filter in the air inlet of the house, and have a couple of millibar over pressure in the house by letting the inlet fan running slightly faster then the outlet fan.
(the fan box i wane use got this type 0-10V controlled fan blower inside)

But i need to measure in and outside air pressure to control the relative fan speed.

If you find a air pressure sensors with 0-10V output enough precise for your needs than yes, but I cannot recommend you any
