AI doesn't work.. the unipi device is running

Hello I followed the 2 pdf of configuration
All other IO are working well.

1-
I m using 2 REAL variabiles ana1 , ana2
I applied 5 V dc between AI+ and AI-
The AI1 and AI2 show always 0 volts...

Why ?

Here the settings for cycle..

2- How to enable de DI 13 and 14? Have I to change some dip switch? or SW?
