      I would like to know the difference of behave on the variable 'write on change' checked and not checked. thank you.

        Hello @ayone0518, this is defined typically on datapoint of custom Modbus device (or any custom device for that matter). It defines the moment when the changed value of the datapoint's variable will be written to the device.

        If the "write on change" is unchecked the value is written constantly into the device
        If the "write on change" is checked then the value is written to the device only upon change in the value in program

        Both has its own advantages and disadvantages.
