1-Wire bus temperature measure over 500 °C
-
I really need to measure temperature over 500 °C, but 1 wire system temperature range is too low for my project. I have found here viewtopic.php?f=14&t=124&start=10 the Yocto-Thermocouple device but the 1 wire bus suits more to me cause less wires.
I have found a converter that you can connect up to two (2) pt100 or pt1000 sensors and have a measured temperature range from -200 to +850 °C.
http://www.hw-group.com/download/Conver ... _FL_en.pdfDo you think that will work with unipi ?

It would be nice to implement 1Wire devices by hwgroup but they make their own proprietary 1wire slaves so there is no sw that could understand their devices.

Just an update to post.
Maybe be helpful for others…..@3kttchk5:

I used the above and works great. Never tested with evok, but with owfs.

Hello,
thanks for the tip. We are already prototyping a few new 1wire sensors including this one
