I have the same problem. Today there was a power outage and one of my unipi1 SD cards got corrupted as well.
Sometimes it affects just one, but I already had to replace the SD cards at all 4 units at the same time. And it does not matter if it’s a power outage from the DNO or if I just trip my circuit breaker.
I use meanwell power supplies.
Any idea how this can be solved ?
Another time I stumble over the AI input and issues with reading 0-10V signals with the unipi1 and Mervis.
Is there any FAQ on this because I couldn’t find an FAQ or exemplary project with Mervis and the old unipi1 (but only with neuron, axion etc…) ?
The reason I ask is the conversion linear by two points. I just replaced my old brightness sensor by a new one which makes me rethink the conversion I am currently using -
Where do these 115000 come from. Or better question - what is the correct conversion to transform a 0-10V signal to 0-100% with Mervis and unipi1??
'The module (...) is compatible with both Unipi Neuron and Unipi Patron controllers, as well as PLCs from other vendors' - so it's compatible as well with Unipi 1.1 then?
Is there an extension module with only DI planned for the near future?
Isn't there any chance to extend the amount of DI to the unipi other than buying more unipis?
In the meantime I have 3 unipis, 1 AO board & 8 relay boards so far. Now I just need more DI to connect additional switches for manual control of the home automation.
Isn't there any elegant, of-the-shelve solution which collects the switch activity locally and communicates it to the unipi through the network (either modbus, sccp or other)?
In the past you had DI extension boards, but more often your products are discontinued, which prevents me to perform an upgrade to Neuron, Axon or other successing PLCs of yours. This makes it difficult for those who supported you from the very beginning...
Any ideas are welcome!
since a long time I updated the Mervis IDE version and the OS on the respective Unipi1.1's.
I had 3-5 tasks per Unipi in my solution which worked well, but now after the update the IDE pops an error with having more than 1 task per PLC.
Is that intended or a bug?!
