      Hi,

I just got my new IAQ RW-THC, FW version: v3.4 Indoor Air Quality Measurement delivered. As usually I am doing a firmware update on new devices as they are mostly out of date.

So I downloaded the version from the support site.

I unzipped it and installed it to my new device. Worked really smooth, had no issues.

I am just wondering about the version.

Before the update it displayed version 4.3 and after the update it displays 3.4. So did I do a downgrade? If so, where can I get the really latest firmware?

      Thanks!

      /KNEBB

        Hi @knebb,
yes, the firmware is indeed outdated. My colleague is going to fix this as soon as he gets back from holiday.

Thank you for your patience and have a nice day,
        Martin
